How can I make a reservationYou can make a reservation online through our website or by sending a contact form, or by LiveChat at the bottom of the screen. You can also book through third-party booking platforms such as Booking.com and Agoda.com where additional fee applies.

Can I cancel or modify my reservation?For reservations booked directly on our website, you can cancel or modify your reservation 30 days prior to your arrival. (Exclusions may apply for special events ) For reservations booked through a third party website, please follow the policy on the third party booking platform accordingly. Do you require payment at the time of booking?Yes, we require all guests to make payment at the time of booking. This ensures that your reservation is secured and confirmed. How do I check-in to the hotel?Kindly ensure that you settle all payments directly with us and furnish us with the necessary information (including the full guest list, estimated time of arrival, and any parking spot reservations) prior to your arrival. Please note that the concierge will solely verify the guest list. This procedure is designed to guarantee a seamless and trouble-free check-in experience for you. If you made the reservation directly on our website, you will receive the detailed check in instructions to your provided email on the reservation. If you made the reservation through a third party booking platform, please email us to comfortopulence@gmail.com with your name, booking id and check-in date, we will reply with the damage deposit link so that you can place the payment prior to arrival. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent to your email after damage deposit being received. You can self check-in anytime after 5pm.

Can I request early check-in or late check-out?Our standard check-in time is at 4 pm, and check-out time is at 11 am. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are contingent upon availability and may involve an extra charge. What is a damage deposit?A damage deposit is a pre-authorization on your credit card to cover any potential damages during your stay. Damage deposit is for furniture, keys (key, fob, parking remote), beddings, towels (please use for Bath only), and all room belongings. The amount varies between the room type but it is typically between $200 and $300. The hold will be automatically released within 3-7 business days after check-out if no damages occur. No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the Airbnb room. Please use designated outdoor smoking areas if available. 2. Quiet Hours: Respect quiet hours between 10PM and 10AM to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests in the building. 3. No Parties or Events: Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed in the room. 4. Respect for Neighbors: Be considerate of neighbors by keeping noise levels down, especially during quiet hours. 5. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed is based on the number of guest you made in the reservation. No unregistered guest should be allowed in the room. 6.
